IF you're using Fusion360 - remember that you can type in numbers with a variable-name at the front (eg. instead of "200mm" you can type "length=200mm" - which makes it super-simple later on to adjust things when you need (e.g. adding/subtracting a few 0.2 mm later when you're 3D printing...

I pulled the 3 pouch cells out of my 3.8ah Mavic Pro battery, and measured them all. I got 1.8ah, 2.6ah, and 2.2ah respectively.
They weigh 64.7g each.
A standard 18650 cell gives me 3.1ah (it weight 48.8g)
My goal is to use 18650's (I've put them in, but looks like I need to reset the BMC...
My antique battery died, so I ripped out the pouch cells and replaced them with 18650's.
I made no wiring errors... although I did connect the + and minus before connecting the balance plug.
fwiw - I un-soldered the + and - at breakdown before disconnecting the balance plug.
