Sorry I tried again my ipad pro for a test and it works fine. What I was doing wrong it was that I tried to connect the ipad with the usb slot that is under the remote controller and not the one thats on the left. So I guess as Pp09nlk2n mentioned is the ios 8 that has the problem.

I chat the DJI live chat with someone and they told me the solution is to unjailbreak my phone. I know that jailbreak is not illegal and I don't know why the app is not working on jailbroken devices.
