No upgrade.. it is a new drone new batteries everything that came with it. So I go to use it and it won't upgrade to the new firmware. It may have been manufactured with old firm ware but why would it not upgrade? It is unusable right out of the box.

I don't have the mavic 2 but I am having the same issue. RC disconnects. Even at close range upon take off. It just hovers there..I have no control whatsoever. I ended up restarting the RC and fortunately I regained control to land it.
