Why wouldn’t you recommend it? I did this all the time with my P3S and never had an issue. This was a couple years ago so is there that much difference now?

Got this on our cruise to the Bahamas while the ship was anchored offshore.

My recommendation, grab a white strobe to put atop your drone. They are pretty small and weight is negligible and even during the day it will help you keep and eye on where she may be. Just my 2 cents.

Did you have to register or get a permit? We’re cruising in October and I want to get some great shots.

Just got mine from eBay. Had 2 day shipping for a brand new unit for less than DJI had advertised. Now, if I could get more time away from work and the wife, I’d go fly some more. That and a few more batteries. 1 ain’t cuttin’ it.
