Small update on my Mavic. The repair was "done" 8 days ago and they are shipping today. Why the delay? Maybe they actually tested it thoroughly like I asked and discovered that just a gimbal/camera replacement did not work. I'll probably never find out the details but the aircraft serial number...

I did two flights one day testing the issue. One 12 minutes recording with multiple resets. I started recording immediately after each reset. On the next battery I few about 16 minutes and took a bunch (10+) of photos. No recording and not a single reset. Recording is definitely a factor for me...

Good luck. For me, they said the gimbal/camera replacement was covered under warranty so that is good. But I did not get any other feedback on what they might have found. Well, at least the repair is free. Unfortunately (but not surprisingly) they have not provided any additional information about the "damage" to the drone. Just replacing the gimbal and camera. I did ask them to reproduce before and then verify issue gone after, but have not heard back yet.

Maybe they meant to reset the camera settings? That's the only reset camera option I've seen in the app. I'm disconnected now of course, so maybe there is another button available when connected?
