Not sure if you already found an alternative solution, but I found a workaround. I uninstalled the current version of DJI Go 4 from my Dragon Touch and reinstalled a older version (June 2018) and the live video is working.

Yes, I know he said he used the Anker power bank. But what cord/adapter does he use? My Apple TV just has an AC cord input for power. So I'm wondering how he plugs the Anker power bank into the Apple TV.

So this allows you to stream directly from your iphone/ipad to the Apple TV without being on wifi? And what cord/adapter are you using to power the Apple TV?

Which port on the Mavic controller are you using to connect to your Dragon Touch? I tried through the bottom one (the larger USB port) but it won't connect to the app. Do I need to get a custom cable and connect to the smaller port on the left side of the controller?
