Keep in mind guys that if you have DJI Care you get "priority." I had the same quick turnaround, and according to the rep I talked to that was partially due to my DJI Care status. So it would probably be helpful to state whether or not you have DJI care.

Did you update the firmware on that battery? Close DJI Go, insert that battery, open DJI Go and see if an update pops up.

Got replacement in from DJI today. New Controller. New Drone. Weirdly enough, not on the latest firmware. Updated everything and took it out for a test run. No Jello. \(^_^)/

Considering that particular ad is showing a lightning cable while touting compatibility with Android I would not necessarily trust them. Also, considering the USB C cable snafus that have been happening, I'm a bit leery of dealing with sketchy Overseas sites for USB-C cables of any kind.
