    Got it sorted out. Was on chat support with DJI for about an hour. Turns out I had to use a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection. Now my remote is set up and drone is activated... of course it's very windy today, so hoping for it to calm down so I can try a short flight this afternoon. Wish me luck.

    Hi. No, I bought it new from Amazon. If I don't get resolution from DJI soon, I'll return it and buy again. Very frustrating experience so far.

    Hi all, I just bought a Mini 3 Pro. Having an issue with the remote connecting with WiFi, so my plans to fly have been halted while I get support from DJI. Kinda frustrating, but hope to get resolved soon and get it in the air. Bought it for person use to fly around my property. Probably more...
