Intersting. I'm still flying a Mavic Air 1...bought it in 2019. I bought 4 batteries and the drone and batteries work like new. I've always just left them on my 4 battery charger (that came with the Air) and actually did not use them - keeping them on the charger for 2 years. [Now having fun...
I have used a Mavic Air 1 since 2019 (combo kit with 4 batteries). It still works like new and does 90% of what any Drone would do for me up to 1 mile away. I put a tile on my batteries...Velcro on the bottom of each battery so the Tile can be attached to whatever battery I'm using. This is a...
Really like my Mavic Air 1, bought in 2019 with combo kit and 4 batteries. It is still a fantastic Drone and does 90% of what any other Drone would provide for me for up to 1 mile away. This Drone is still in perfect condition with the 4 great batteries.

Suggestion for Drone Location: I always attach a "Tile" locator to my Mavic 1 Air (still the best drone!!!!). Put velcro on the bottom of the battery and on the Tile. Whichever battery is used attaches to the tile so there is an extremely loud noise from the tile when activated by your phone.
Just flew my Mavic 1 after over a year of not flying it (doesn't have many hours on it) and it works like new. I originally purchased four batteries and a charger for all that gives me all the time I need. It's a cool 40 degrees and it simply stated is a fantastic drone...performing flawlessly...
Yes...I use the tile tracker. I use the Tile Tracker Pro because it has a 400 ft range and is louder. I have 4 batteries for my Mavic Air (had for 2 years - great great drone). I put a piece of velcro on each battery and then put the Tile Tracker (only need 1 for all 4 batteries) on the battery...
I am going to use one Tile Pro on my Mavic Air. ...intend to put a piece of velcro on each battery (will be on the bottom of the Drone) and then velcro the Tile Pro to the battery I'm using (have 4). The Drone GPS will get you close to a lost Drone and then the Tile (good for 400 ft) will help...
Go with an "original" Air (or new one) - the original is great. Getting terrific range and never a problem (bought it over a year ago with 3 additional batteries). My rating --> A+
