Thanks for the reply... makes sense now, but scared the sh** out of me at the time. Just have to work out how to hand launch with only 2 hands more easily. Holding mavic with one and the controller with the other makes sliding the auto-takeoff slider a bit tricky.

Just seen that the auto edited movies seem to reappear after a day, despite being deleted, except on the day that I manually edited a video. Still can't find a way to choose a specific clip to autogenerate there and then. Also once a manually edited video is saved, a copy is saved in the iphone...
