Just curious, I use "DJI FLY" to fly my AIr2. I see "DJI GO" mentioned below, is there other fly apps that can be used to fly my drone?

How's one to know whether a tablet has a compass or not? There's never any mention about a compass on the box specs. Not is there a screen brightness NITS spec. : (

I got the tablet tested and approved tablets from DJI, Samsung cell phones ate on it but not tablets, only Apple was the approved tablet. I called and talked to tech support and they when I asked about other tablets other than the apple they said so sorry but you are on your own testing other...

The one thing to consider is that there Samsung Tablets are not on the DJI approval tested website. Only Apple tablets.

I have a iPad mini 4 now, but find the Arizona sun to bright even when I use the hoody sun shade around the display. I'm like you all apple products, tv, watch, laptops, phones etc. Does anyone know which iPad has the brightest screen? I heard the iPad Pro 12.9" screen is very bright even...

I have the iPad mini 4 and I will also look for a used or refurbished iPad 6 with cellular.

I have a iPad mini 4, I'm looking for a step up from that and I don't mean a $1000 setup. Looking for a preowned or refurbished tablet, doesn't have to be an apple but prefer one since everything I have is Apple products.

My iPad mini 4 gets hot too in the sun and shuts down, I'm looking for a new tablet. Already bought a ONN Surf Tabley and it wasn't compatible with the DJI Fly app. Still looking for something with a 10" screen.

Mostly Apple tablet products are compatible.
