You're right. Had not noticed on outdoor shots so I flew it in our living room and you can spot the small gap it filled in..

They show the RC-N2 as having 20km range video transmission @ 1080p, so it would appear to be the same as the RC 2. That's almost double the Mini 3 Pro.
