I have always hand launched and landed, but I hate when it comes to doing the landing. Didn't concentrate once when doing it and the prop hit my thumb but thankfuly from the side with the nail so it was bruised for days. Will never make that mistake again.

4k every day all day. Screens are bigger, processors faster, storage cheaper why would you bother with 1080p in 2020? DJI has given us a gift with 60fps 4k now too, use proxies if you cant edit the 4k files.

Learn to use proxies. Saves so much time, you don't even need to do a proper proxy format. Just crush/encode your footage as a 720p version and use that as a proxy
