I have the same issue with my Moverio ever since I updated my Mavic so I could use my new DJI Goggles last week.
I will go and check up on this again when I get home, as I think there is an app update pending on the Moverio app store for DJI Go (I have never updated it there).

I haven't been able to even open the app for the last couple weeks on my Galaxy S8+ which was working fine for the first couple weeks after buying the phone. Lately I haven't even been able to install the app on my phone anymore.
This solved my problem. Had to open account just to say thanks! Excited to take my Mavic out with the Moverio BT300, if only it came with a mount for the Mavic.
