Mavic Pro Gimbal & Camera Dead

Hi, I know this is old, but have you finally found a solution to this issue? I have a couple of MPs with these symptoms and want to fix them if I can.

Mavic Pro - Gimbal motor overload even after changing ribbon and gimbal arm

Hi, I am having a similar issue. Tried 2 different ribbon cables, camera works but gimbal is still showing motor overload. I really need to fix it. Did you ever find a solution? I would rather not have to buy the arm structure, but I will if anyone can confirm that to be a fix. Thanks a lot.

    Motors not firing...

I managed to repair mine by switching out the ESC for a regular Mavic Pro ESC. The drone flies now, but I still need to repair the SD card slot, which the previous owner destroyed by leaving "half" of a micro SD in there.

Crashed Mavic Pro Platinum - Repair

Hi guys, I purchased a crashed MPP and have been repairing it. So far it is flying great (replaced a leg and motor, replaced FVS and camera vibration board, resoldered a bunch of cables). I am having an issue with the mainboard. Everything on the mainboard is working, EXCEPT, the mavic crash...

Cool, that should give me 1 more flying drone.

    Mavic Pro to Platinum ESC?

Hi, just read the post. I have effectively used an ESC board from a MP in a MPP. Had to cannibalize a MP for parts and used the ESC to get the MPP flying. The A1 board however is another story. I do not know if the A1 board (the bottom one) is compatible with the MPP. I will most likely try. E

    Motors not firing...

Hi! I am repairing a MPP and I am having the same issue. Back motors will not fire up, they do work and twitch when I start the drone, but will not start when I bring the controller sticks to the middle. Did you ever find a solution for this? I'd love to hear back from you! Thanks a lot! E.

Possible solution to the Gimbal Reset

I know this is an old thread, but I had this happen today on my new MPP, which I was flying for the first time today. On the third battery, I was trying to do a blow out take of a building and suddenly the camera went ballistic. Initially I thought it was a bird strike, but thankfully the drone...

    Official Mavic Air Sport Leaderboard!

What is the maximum distance you have gotten with no ubgrades

After playing around with the idea of buying a modified antenna, then researching the antennas available for the Mavic Air, deciding on Titan Control 2.4 against 4hawks SR, having an awful experience with the Titan Control, not being able to return the panel ($129 + shipping wasted), using the...

    Concerns over firmware

Hey Tom, Completely agree, if my Android smartphone has a FW issue, it is unlikely to land on someone's head, unless I throw a tantrum and throw it out of the balcony. The intrinsic safety issues of drones would make you think that the manufacturer would be more inclined to fully test FW and...

    Concerns over firmware

Being completely honest. That "butterflies in your stomach" feeling does get better with experience and a little time. Nowadays I can fly my MA to within 1,500 meters with pretty good signal, and mostly disregard the motor current error warning or alter my approach aggressiveness, so as to avoid...

    Motor Current Error??

Supposedly it happens when you push to decrease altitude but increase speed (as in approach, left stick down, right stick up). DJI says its just a bogus warning and not to worry, still, it is worrying... E.
