Nexus 7, Android 6.0.1 no issues. I just can't see myself using Itunes ever again. Everything Android. Even when running my S7 phone I never had issues. Apps crashing are not Googles fault, they are DJI coding faults.
I don't understand the problem then, it says you can cancel on the screen. 65% seems like a good number to keep for a Point A to B back to point A flight. I have mine set to 30% but don't fly long distance.
I had my drone switch itself to Mode 1 and completely lost joystick controls. (couldn't even start motors without the auto-takeoff feature) Still don't understand why they wouldn't work. Switched back to Mode 2-3 and everything is great.
Yes to both, just close all recent apps and get rid of garbage
Yes, they still work. You only need the phone/tablet screen to view video and change settings
I never had a problem with Galaxy S7 phone and Nexus 7 tablet. I never turn anything off, not sure why some are experiencing app crashes. USB debug on both. My flights are usually short (10-15 mins). I keep my phone RAM pretty clean by preventing a lot of apps from running in the background...
You don't need to register in Canada. The law says you need to have your name/address/phone number clearly marked on your drone. I don't do that. Flying your drone safely and legally - Transport Canada
