what country is that in?? its NOT in the US.. in the US 400ft is a guideline for section 336 pilots NOT a regulation. BTW the US federally has NO aerial trespass laws.. nor are local and state regulations allowed for aerial trespass because of FAA/federal preemption of ALL airspace to...- hotelzululima
