How do you hot swap the battery on Air2? wouldn't it turn off as soon as you pull the battery?

it's pointless on Air 2s, since it's digital zoom anyway. You take the highest resolution photo and zoom/crop it at home :) What is annoying though, is the fact that zoom is disabled when you film in DLOG colour profile.

I fly with either iphone 12 or android device, so I bought (plenty of listings on Aliexpress for couple of bucks each) adapters between USB-C and Apple Lightning. Have that adapter now plugged into iphone 12, so I can use one (USB-C) cable for the drone RC.

Same here with Air 2. Lovely drone, but with RTL it tends to be about a metre away from the launch point. Also I prefer to catch by hand than let it land into grass and risk damage to the gimbal.

same story with my Air 2 trying to track a (white, so pretty contrast agaist grass) dog. It complains that it can only track people and cars - what does it recognise as a car ? Would a truck count ? what about a farm tractor with attached machinery ? ride-on mower ? quad bike ?
