This has been my experience as well - I assume it is to avoid landing on an unsuitable surface if you are able to restore the connection between the controller and the drone. If the battery decreases to ~5% (correct me if I'm wrong) it will autoland regardless.

Nope - definitely not possible... however... you can use a torx screwdriver to unscrew one side of the grippy things

Here is one of my flight logs where the gps drops (300 feet in the air so no interference)
Here is your flight log (flight 10) Looks exactly the same... This is definitely something DJI needs to fix
I have flown over powerlines ~1500 feet from me and taken the drone out to ~10k feet... It does have an effect but I don't think you have much to worry about =)

Also - as @Glidetime said, it would be wise to calibrate IMU and compass just to make sure they aren't causing the issue
