Is DJI support offshore at in some Asian country such as the Fillipines? Here is Australia many companies base their customer support in the Filippines to save labor cost and toi get them to understand what you really want is often extremely difficult.
I too am afraid to fly my drone where I can't see it - eg no more than say 200 feet away. I watch lots of videos posted here and feel envious of those who have created them especially those taken over water especially the ocean. I have yet to fly my drone simply looking at the monitor mainly as...
I didn't know that. I thought the 32 bit model was only marketed here in Australia. There is a thread here somewhere which lists most if not all monitors and phones which will work with DJI Fly and the Tab A is on that list. When I discovered that it was I wondered why as my wife's tab A will...
Hey what type of anti glare shields do you use and how effective are they? I guess they have a matt finish? Is the image still clear and easy to read? Where did you get them from (eg brand)?
Haven't come across a class 3 SD card before. As class 2 have a maximum write speed of only 2 Mbs and class 4 is 4 Mbs I would have thought that perhaps the card cannot handle the write speed the drone is trying to use to record.
I only use class 10 SD cards as they work the best with video...
I did a lot of research into the Tab A and the model sold in Australia will not work with the DJI FLY app dur to the fact that they only have the 32 bit version of Android. Canada and USA models are ok.
Not sure what models of the Tab A are available where you live but in Australia (in case anyone from Australia reads this) the only Tab A available has only 2GB RAM and only has a 32bit CPU and Android which does not support DJI FLY app. I know as my wife has a Tab A.
Thanks for sharing that.
I did not know about that 'folly' (near Funtington according to the internet) and will put in on our bucket list for next time we visit the UK - if covid-19 ever allows us to travel internationally.
I look forward to more videos from you of such little known places
You ARE correct. Maybe a better word would have been 'poll'. I guess I was looking to find good reasons for not modifying it.
Anyway everyone is of the same opinion that it is better to "leave well enough alone" - its there to completely immobolise the gimbal.
It's a bit concerning though to...
Thanks. I agree that it totally immobilizers the gimbal. I will have to be extra careful when reattaching the gimbal.
Was it difficult to drill a hole in the gimbal (ethere aren't many areas of it which are not round) as I also would like to attach my 'remove before flight' tag?
