Why does this site host adverts for the Drone X,when it is generally considered to be a scam ? The advert makes false claims for a product that effectively does not exist as it is really just a hugely overpriced sale of the eachinee58 .

CareyL makes a valid point. Those generous members who give their time to help locate lost drones are real stars, but we seem to be missing the point that so many fliers are putting others at risk with their irresponsible actions time after time. New 'pilots' just not bothering to read manuals...
Hopefully Yo may be okay flying there. The problem is if the landowner gives permission for you to fly in an SSSI, and Natural England think this has 'damaged' the SSSI (eg.by disturbing nesting birds) there could be real consequences for the owner. Certainly don't fly there March to July to...
Hope it's found. Not a judgement but a request- all pilots please fly at heights that don't pose a risk to other aircraft. 400' is plenty. Lost drones are annoying, but lives are more important. Keep legal keep safe.

From the 'VLOS brigade ' If you fly to 2km again after your first loss and possibly hitting a house, you haven't learned as a pilot. Keeping it in sight is the only way to be a responsible drone operator !
