Yeah, good point. I've taken some shots that were not well exposed that would have been salvageable had I used D-log. I guess if you're goal is to get the absolute best shot, the D-log is not good, if your goal is to avoid taking unusable shots then D-log is great.

LIPO batteries are quite unpredictable, there are several safety measures built in to the Mavic's "intelligent battery". If one of my batteries got submerged I'd dispose of it. DJI goes as far as recommending putting the battery in an open space and keeping away from it until it's dry.

I know this thread is a bit stale. But even -1 might give you some grief, try 0 or +1. The difference going from -1 to +1 for me was huge. I didn't actually test 0 though.

I'm having similar issues. Seems to occur most often when the file size hits the limit, or when I start recording. However, it has happened when neither of those are true. I've reproduced it indoors with the drone sitting on a table. So wind etc are not a factor for me. I've tried...
