Does anyone have or use a standardized form for obtaining permission to fly on private property here in NC? Due to the laws I thought it would be better to have it in writing. Any thoughts?

They are definitely less noisy. I have noticed not as stable during hover in moderate to high wind. I use OEM blades then. Make sure to adjust settings as noted in quick start card that comes with blades. Orange blades also improve visibility for me.
