Lots of threads on this - mine is in repair now for this problem. Most of us with this issue have had to send them back.

Been there - tried every trick listed by fellow members and those on YouTube. In the end even DJI just tells you to send it in for repair. I wish there was better news for you, safe travels.

Definitely computer. If I pull the 4K videos down to my wife's MacBook Air the playback is choppy. If I save it to an MacBook Pro l the playback is as fluid as can be. 1080p on her laptop is fine - definitely processing power. Sent from my iPhone using MavicPilots
