Thanx - I completely understand that via my experience with my Phantom 3... I do not have a fly app as my Smart Controller came with the software. It flies fine.... I am merely trying to find the software that that stops the drone from going any higher than the legal limits - Ie approx 400feet...

No the drone is not connected... Perchance do you think my problem is to do with the drone? It flies perfectly.
