What happened in your case?

Finally getting the brand new controller! Had to climb corporate ladder to upper management with my complaint. Proved that controller sent was not the one I had sent and now receiving brand new controller. Lesson learned: take many pictures of what you send to them so they can send you the same...

Update: After lengthy discussions and threatening emails to upper management, (with negitive blog entries and Google reviews)....DJI decided to replace the fraudulent replacement of an old controller with my six month old controller, but..... the new controller has yet to be seen upon sending in...

So glad you found it, what a feeling it is.... When I lost my mavic Pro, I had to leave it overnight cuz I lost daylight. It felt like I was leaving my kid out there, the feeling was gut-wrenching. Hope I was of some help. Lonz

How can I get the view (graph) that you displayed?

You would play the flight log to the very end and in the bottom left you can see the longitude and latitude I just used this photo as an example but this one landed at home of course. Then enter the longitude and latitude into your Google maps. Like I said you may already know this. Lonz

All you can do is walk constant straight lines in a perimeter, three feet apart very slowly. You probably already know this but on your flight record it should give you longitude and latitude of its last whereabouts that you can enter into Google maps then go from there. It's happened to me...

Thank you for your compassion, I learned this the hard way to always take pictures before you send it. It's very frustrating to know what you had and to see what they sent. did you see the picture? It's crazy how they scraped off my serial number. Lonz

I'm new at this only six months in but my crash was not my fault it just mysteriously fell out of the sky, I sent in flight logs for them to analyze data of what may have happened yet they didn't tell me they just sent me a new unit. So the warranty would only cover one replacement I believe...
