I think there's broad agreement there are ways to fix it in production, but wouldn't you rather be able to have it come out of the camera smooth?

I also have a mini 5 with cellular. Smooth as silk, and it fits into the arms of the controller just fine.

I just tried my new mini 5 (with cellular, unactivated) yesterday. It ran flawlessly, looked great. Big upgrade from using my iPhone X. I went with the mini so that it would fit in the arms of the stock controller without the need for an additional mount.

I think this answers the question of whether the GPS module in the ipad is essential for the follow me or revised home point, and thus I purchased the Cellular model.

I live nearby. No rules out of the ordinary. You may be within the no fly zone of the Santa Monica Airport, depending on where you are. Also, a decent amount of helicopter activity to keep an eye on at all hours.

I believe in addition to the new processor, I read that the screen has a 25% bump in brightness, too. That should be significant. I'm glad I waited for the new version of the mini!

Is the screen brightness any worse than on an iPhone? I've read recent leaks that Apple is getting ready to announce a mini 5 finally. I'm waiting to see if that is confirmed.

When I do this I have incredibly bad results in 4k with judder if I pan right or left - unless I keep my movements painfully slow. What am I doing wrong?
