I got mine last week, and love it. Worth every dollar.
Only complaint is purely petty, but the thing showed up postage due, so I had to endure the hell of waiting in line at the post office to get it.
Honestly, I just leave a message and go fly. To be clear though, my backyard flights only go up about fifteen feet and hover. I just use them to test/learn camera controls. To hit my Mavic, the helicopter would've already hit my house or garage.

I feel your pain. I live a block from a hospital with a helipad that gets a flight about once every two days. Trying to get answers from anyone at the hospital is like talking to a brick wall.
A bunch of us used to play this with Hubsan X4's and it was a lot of fun! The key was to get above the other drone and take out a prop. Mostly it was just chaos and dumb luck, but cheap fun.
Only crash I've had so far was in my living room. I left it hovering with the controller on my coffee table. My dog decided to have some fun. He stuck a paw on the controller and bounced my Mavic off a light fixture, the wall, and then augerred in behind my couch. Just a few scuffs on the props...
I'd rather party with Constantinople than someone who'd whine about suing me if I accidentally spilled my drink on them.
I understand that their customer service is lousy, but there's no way you'd win a lawsuit for it.
