try with another smartphone if u can sounds like your smartphone having issues downloading big files u can also update fw using dji assistant 2 for pc look it up on dji's site

at what stage it fails?? during download of the new firmware? or after is this the 1st time u are updating fw in your mavic?

how do u update? through go 4 app , or assistant app?? where and how it fails?

apparently i had issue with my phone, now installed 4.1.8 just fine

true, but it finishes the download, than continues saying "downloading" untill i cancel, can stay like this for hours

yep, 4.1.8 but doesnt let it download anyway

new update today for ANDROID, but as soon as it finishes downloading it just stuck there in "downloading" doesnt finish the install anyone else having this issue ???

Not sure the go 4 looks the same on ios and android, but i have android so i can tell u where it is for that OS go to the ME tab, there on the top you'll see a gear wheel, go inside and there u see on the bottom "SIGN OUT"

yep, i had exactly the same issue, i rolled back to. 900

yeah, seems every update they do for android its getting worse... i also get video smudge on latest version 4.1.5

i flew 2 full batteries, took some night pics, went to 500m height, did some sport mode... all seems great, no issues, however went back to fw .900 for reasons not mentioning here :) but.... 1000 is quite working no fear
