I was on Scotland lady week: pretty hard to fly between high winds and rain! But when you can it’s beautiful! I’ve Seen some no drone signs (glenfinnan aka harry potter’s bridge), eilan dogan castle (no fly over the castle) and sale sign at stonehaven castle... have fun!
In the iOS version of dji Go4 app, you now have the choice to save your Quickshot clips to the camera roll with two options:
- an unedited version
- An auto-edited version (sped up and with music)
Last sunday, this happened to me for the first time, the app was unable to work more than 20 seconds. Pretty scary with the mavic in the air. Even by itself, with the drone shut off, the app crashed every 20 seconds. I deleted it and reinstalled it and now it works fine again. I hope it will...
Hopefully, the RC was still connected and i still control of the Mavic. I lunched some quickshot video just before the app crashed: i lost the files on my iPad but not the ones on the sd card. The mavic continued his quickshot mission to the end even if the app crashed, good to Know!!!
Two days ago i had the bad surprise to see my dji go 4 app crashing on my ipad mini 4 during a flight (never happened before). The app couldn’t work more than 20 seconds. Pretty annoying. Since, i deleted the app and re downloaded it, no more issue...
Yes, quickshot is designed in two parts: first an assisted flight in one touch, then an edited version of 10 seconds in music created from each shot. That’s why the shots are shorts, so that the edited version can be Around 10 seconds to fit the music even if the clip is sped up...
Hi! I tested the beta version in flight yesrerday. The app crashed and go 4 crashed as well. Even after restart i lost the video feed, i had to get the mavic back with the rc only...
