Nice images. Spent many years around Coopers Rocks. My wife and I got married on the outcrop. Helped start the Mountaineer Area Rescue group, in Morgantown. They are now using sUAS for SAR in the area. If you are a part 107 you may be interested in joining, there SAR team.
Thank you all. RTH to hover. I am used to Atti mode so ok there. Will test VPS indoors before demo. I had not thought about the flat cement surface, will modify surface.
I will be using my Mavic 3 Mini Pro in a hanger for a class next week. It will be in a GPS denied environment. What are your suggestions for the following. I will be turning off the collision avoidance. How to keep RTH home off. Any other suggestions. Thank you all in advance
I have a neighbor. son who has an Original Air. He can no longer download the app to his Android phone. We checked with the IOS side and found the same. Is the Air no longer supported ? Please advise.
Welcome from Lancaster. I have been flying sUAS and part 61 for a long time. We could fly sometime. I live in Marticville just south of Lancaster. Let me know
I have been doing SAR for over 30 years. My first suggestion is to find a local SAR team and join it. Once you get the basics of SAR, integrate sUAS into their program.
This will not be as easy as it sounds but well worth it in the end. You of course will need your Part 107, also please try...
