I agree with you willhay555 - I'm sending mine back. Hey it may not affect anything but possibly could put the gimbal out of balance very slightly. Also it will affect the resale if you come to sell it soon - so why not send it back? I want a 100% perfect product. DJI are happy to exchange it...

This was mine - the plastic tab is still held in place by the metal sticker but has snapped off.

Same thing with my new MP - the drone arrived with the gimbal not correctly seated under the retaining bracket and obviously the gimbal lock has been pushed hard in resulting in that rear gimbal round tab breaking off. I'm just starting the DOA process too.
