You should be able to jump straight to .600. While doing multiple flashes today to try and resolve a problem I was able to do that.

Are you recording video normally to your Mini 4? My mini was hit by the failure to cache videos bug and I have tried reflashing .600. Rolling back to DJI Go4 v4.06, downflashing to firmware .400 then .550 and still no video. Going to see if there is a complete reset option and try that next

So strange that a few IOS users are reporting no problems. I will drop back to an earlier IOS app and see if that 'fixes' it.

heh heh I was thinking the opposite. I have a feeling even though the symptoms are slightly different they all have the same source if we can nail it down. I tried connecting my iPad to the side port on the controller and had no success so that rules out my theory that it was bottom port related.

Thanks for your test. That's got me well and truly confused then. I am sure my firmware upgrade was fine and I have tried video cache on two different iPads to rule them out so I will re-flash my quad firmware and see what that does.

Thanks for that. I know our probs are different but tomorrow I'll try a static test and plug my iPad into the side controller port and at least rule that possibility out.

Have you tried doing a static record of video and sound on your Air2? I'd be curious how it goes. You don't have to fly.

Just had a thought. Is your device plugged into the bottom USB port of the controller? Mine is. Seeing as how another user in this thread reported their iPhone is working normally and would I assume be plugged into the side of the controller I wondered if the bottom USB port may have been...

Is that also using DJI Go4 (4.07)? I am on ipad mini 4 and not getting videos cached at all. I have vision on screen but nothing is cached to the ipad. Video is recorded normally to SD card on quad running .600.

2nd ipad hasn't got the video either. Even though I was missing video earlier I synced online in the hope that the files while not visible to me might be there and would upload.
