Everytime I go to Tybee it seems to windy

When we go to Savannah, I like to fly from the conference center, next to the Westin, that faces the river. It gives good access to photograph the large ships on the river

Fairfield was an old stomping ground of mine. I grew up in the Ensley/Fairview area. Now live in Dallas, Ga. I fly an Inspire 1 and a Mavic for hobby.

I did the exact same thing last year in the same place in Savannah. Setup and flew from the Convention Center. It was pretty cool and a lot of fun. We are going again in October, staying at the Westin. Provided the weather is good, I hope to film more ships.

For me, a pair of 3.5 strength reading glasses works well.

We are timeshare owners and come almost every year. I've flown off the rear patio at Westgate and over Broadway at the Beach mall. Both times were early morning when practically no one was around.
