I had the same issue when trying to use my Samsung Galaxy Tab A with my M2P. I tried everything suggested above, searched the forums, but finally gave up on it. I purchased a refurbished IPad Mini 4 and it works perfectly.

Very nice and I like your choice of music. I wish I had scenery like that to film closer to where I live. It's pretty flat around here.

I use an IPad mini 4 with my M2P and it works perfectly. It fits snugly into the holders on the controller. I bought a 1 foot cable to connect the IPad to the controller so I don't have excess cable hanging down to get snagged on something.

Very nice. The lights reflecting off the water really add something to the image. I also would be interested in your camera settings. I've been trying to get some nighttime shots of houses in my neighborhood decorated with Christmas lights and have been experimenting with different settings on...

72 years old here and am now flying my third drone which is the M2P. I'm also glad to see that I'm not the only senior citizen enjoying this hobby.

I have the mini 4 and use it only for flying. It seems the perfect size for the Mavic 2 controller. I bought mine refurbished but that Best Buy price is a good one for a 128. In terms of updating maps, I just fire it up on my home wifi and take care of that and any other updates before I go fly.

You're not the only senior citizen in the forum.:) It looks like you did just fine on your 2nd flight. Welcome to the group.

I've been flying in Michigan winters for several years without any problems. I have always figured that if I can take it, the drone can take it. You just need to follow the recommendations made by others about how to manage your battery(ies).
