Just a thought, could be wrong, surely IR has no colour temperature. Depending on the IR frequency band width, you add faux colour to provide a certain type of image but the visual colour spectrum doesn’t exist outside the visual colour range. Just my thoughts, not an expert.

IMO LUTs are not the best approach. They’re fine if yr in a rush or are inexperienced or quality is not the main goal but there’s no substitute for understanding your tools, skilled retouching and colour correction in the hands of an expert (which BTW is not me)
