After TikTok ban passage, the prospect of a DJI ban is looking more likely

It seems as though that is how it worked as a one man band took on the FAA for changing the rules which specifically stated that they couldn't requiring drone registration. He won the case and the FAA ate crow. Then a few months later in some obscure bill, the FAA slipped in their changes...

Can’t take photos using button on the front of the smart controller but can with the button on the screen. Has anyone experienced this.

Well if it works fine with another aircraft "we" know the actual button is working. So to clear up a above comment, the shutter button works as, half push to focus, full push down to take picture. Not as two pushes as suggested above. I will assume as a seasoned owner you know that you can't...

    Smart Controller - Prelaoding Maps

Can you expound on what it is your asking...as in "Bulk load"? When the Smart Controller loads maps it does it by the settings you have map view preference you have set...such as I use the highest Hybrid view with road name overlay. It takes it much longer using data stream available to load out...

    put tape on sencors?

It was my impression that was it's purpose? Upon motor start/lift off point...it records barometric pressure and zeros the height indicated and then uses that measurement to display height during the flight? It's not perfect but much better than GPS as most of us know. Then using a combination...

Drone Would Not Land - In Restricted Flight Zone - Badly Cut Index Fingers

As post #7 outlined, the easiest way is to just immediately flip the "Drone" inverted with a simple arm rotation with the aircraft held at arms length below the eye level. This has been the case for over 5 years and "Should" be well known to DJI flyers. This is how it is done on boats and other...

    Auto height above ground level?

It's not like they can't do it. There is quite a bit at play. DJI is a safety built organization( much to some dismay). They (now) greatly limit what you "Can" do with their drones. Their last drone with full feature set in most categories was the Mavic 2 series. Things improved with tracking...

Pixelated Rc Pro images from MP3...

Yeah as mentioned if your talking about the "Zebra Stripes", that is over exposure warning and could be turned off in app. If this is the case your referring to I would be surprised that you haven't heard of this feature..perhaps this video will help.

My initial impressions of Waypoints 3.0

Not harping, just commenting. When the Mavic Air (First one) was announced I put one in the Cart at DJI, I was finally going to upgrade from my Phantom 3 Pro and P4. Back when they made the original Mavic, I just didn't feel the need to upgrade to it for many reasons. One being that I really...
