I’ve gone ahead and ordered the units for the Mini 3 Pro and for the Mavic 3. I’ve got over $1000 in batteries, so perhaps it’s worth the investment to manage the batteries.

So you go outside and fly a few missions, the batteries are close to being depleted, do you go home and charge them rigth away or wait to charge till prior to your next flight?

I'm not privy of the drone laws and procedures in Canada, but in the US, we would apply for clearance and if granted we can fly legally (with restriction). If you're licensed by the CAA, you are more than knowledgeable to do the right thing. Perhaps you can get clearance to 100', depends where...

I've checked to see if I can detect my remote ID with my Mavic 3 and Mini 3 Pro hovering 5 feet in front of me with the iOS version of drone scanner. App didn't detect any drones at all.
