    I have the same problem. Verified is a bad lightning cable. Good luck having dji send you a replacement. I still have not received one

    Mavic pro provided lightning cable not working

    Anyone having same issue getting iphone 7 plus to connect on the provided cable. I can connect using the original iphone cable to the usb connector on controller
