I agree whole heartedly. The parks are for everyone's enjoyment and the slight noise a drone puts out is negligible. Regulators don't even try to accomodate drones and it's very unfair. Remember these lands are for the enjoyment of everyone, including drone pilots.

It sounds like you have never served your country in the military which gives every citizen the rights guaranteed in the constitution. By bowing to authority which is unjustified, you're giving up your rights. He was challenging the police because he knew his rights.

You're right, you can't fly within 5 miles of Disneyland and it shouldn't be called temporary, because it isn't. Anaheim PD drones do have a waiver to fly over.

I've never been hassled at any OC beaches, but if you're worried stay above 200' and don't be a nuisance.
