When I spoke with DJI a while back, they told me that the Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom will be compliant with the update if you are using a Smart Controller. Do you know if that's true or will they be compliant without the Smart Controller? I have both drones and a Smart Controller. Thx
It's in the User Guide with the link posted above in Section 2.7. When I spoke with DJI, they said that if you have that controller, they will provide the updates to make it RID compliant. It says that it has the GNSS built in.

I just spoke with DJI and they told me that if you have a smart controller, there will be a software update that will make it compliant. I sure hope that they're correct as I own two Mavic 2"s.
