I know you asked the other user, but I recommended Firehouse Technology Strobes. Great stuff, combined with Phantomrains' wetsuits and rescue jackets, great protection for your drone.
MPP is one of my favorites! Awesome to know your actually using instead of going with the newer ones. Super cool that you even got the extra propeller cages. I find the MPP is a great workhorse, especially with PhantomRains' Wetsuits and Safety Jacket. (Youre welcome Phantom!)
Awesome to learn of nearby drone pilots. Seems like im right down the street in Lakes By The Bay. I have wanted to fly from within that park but the best I can get are early sunrises on card sound bridge or Lakes by the bay park.
Thank you @Vic Moss and @sar104.
I understand this is no legal interpretation but very wise advice. That being said, just better understand this portion of the regulations, would the OP have been able to argue his point and meet the regulatory requirements had his AC had the correct colored...
So since this was clearly and strongly suggested as well as highly advised against, is there a way OP could have made this flight safer such as adding the correct colored strives on the sides and a few extras for hearing orientation?
The bigger message here is one that resonates within every pilot and a lot of forum members: the importance of a PRE-FLIGHT CHECKLIST (as hinted by @ehje and @Zeprider ) and routinely going through it BEFORE EVERY FLIGHT, and it should not her limited to props and gimbal covers but also...
I was advised against constantly disconnecting the headband from the goggles as it would wear down quicker therefore I purchased this one by Case Club. Sorry it shows out of stock though on the link. You might have luck on Amazon.

An unpopular benefit of the standard controller is the ability to link 2 of them to one AC for guided practice flying. Also the transmission distance is greater than the SC.
Whenever I try using Pix4D on the SC it does not connect correctly, stating it needs permissions granted. Ive searched...
Do you mean "flight mode?" If so, its a matter of sliding the button in the middle side-to-side to eith T, P, or S mode. Once switched the screen will notify you having made the switch. Unless you're referring to when it starts up, you can choose which drone you want to pair it with.
Im having trouble finding the screws/bolts with eyelets. I bought a sunnylife tablet mount which included a strap but no way to attach to actual controller.
I see. I do something similiar with my RE Goggles and my Mavic; the camera view is through the headset and the attitude map on the iPhone connected directly to the controller. Thanks for sharing
Just to be sure, using your setup you can use both screens independently? Such as one for map and the other for camera view? Or do you have it linked to another camera?
I couldn't find this anywhere....but has anyone mentioned the speed at which the LED charger lights blink while charging? Yesterday 2 were blinking slowly for about 2 hours using the dedicated cable and wall adapter. Knowing that was weird, I disconnected it, let it sit for a few moments, then...
