ND Filter set recommendations for DJI Mini 4 Pro

I pushed the boat out and went for the Freewell 16 filter set. Close to £150, but I can't see I'll ever be in a position where I have the wrong filter at hand. All the reviews I've read on Freewell are very positive too. They are very easy to change too. Now all I need to find is a waterfall...

    20% discount at Very

Hi all. In case any of you are still contemplating dipping your toes into the world of the MP4. I bought mine a month or so ago on very.co.uk. If you sign up for their buy-now-pay-later, you get 20% off your first purchase. I got the MP4 Fly More kit for 787.19 (inc. 3.95 postage), instead...

    It's official - M4P can't handle the cold

Hang on. North Pole, big white beard. That wasn't someone's present that "fell off the back of a sleigh" was it?

Mini 4 Pro weights for Drone and Batteries

Let's hope the CAA in the UK is equally uninterested! I guess, until such a case arises though, we'll never really know. I'm assuming our average UK plod won't be carrying a calibrated set of scales with him/her/them anyway. So, maybe (unlikely I know) common sense may prevail, on their part.

Mini 4 Pro weights for Drone and Batteries

Just out of interest, how strict is the 250g limit? If a stobe light was stuck on a mini 4 pro, that took it to a couple of grams over the 250g, would that be a life-in-prison type offence? Surely, even one of those skins you can get could take it just over 250g. If it is that strict, it's a...

Air 1 Stonehenge Sunset, Wiltshire UK

Okay, this was actually taken on my phone - so if it shouldn't be here, feel free to shoot me. I do own an Air 1 though. I'm posting it because it is one of those once-in-a-lifetime shots with regard to lucky timing. I'd been in London for the day and was on a coach, on my way home. I...

DJI Mini 3 pro - and new UK laws?

However, unlike a Mini Pro 3 or 4, you can't legally drive a car over people - not crowds and not even individuals! Therefore, by that logic, a drone is far more dangerous than a car.

    Hello from Somerset, UK

First attempt at a video. Filmed fully auto. Edited with iMovie, added some silly romantic filter! Hopefully with the ND filters and a bit of trial and error I can produce something a bit better soon.

    Hello from Somerset, UK

Hi from Somerset in the UK, somewhere between Taunton and Glastonbury. Another one a bit green round the gills at present. Bought an Air a few weeks back as a birthday present to myself :) Only used for a few minutes so far. ND filters should be arriving any day. Now just need to find some time...

    ND Filters and Still Photos

Thanks Lisa. I was certainly confused (even with my very limited knowledge) by the previous comment. The Mavic Air that I have, definitely has a fixed aperture (2.8 I think); I think the Pro may have some adjustment. I've also read and viewed many youtube videos, where the "experts" say that...

    PolarPro- Filter Calculator App

Why do you actually need this app if using Android? Wouldn't it be simple to just have a piece of paper with the required filters written down? Assuming what I see on youtube by experts is right, then one should always aim for ISO 100, fps 25 in the UK (maybe 30 in the US). Then it's just a...

Can I Take My Drone To Mexico?

@Pingman68 - sorry to sound dim, but what does stating it is an undocumented drone mean and how does that help? I'm off to Mexico in November and am also a little concerned, as I don't want it confiscated. I've also heard they may try and change some sort of VAT on the drone when you take it in.
