Depends on many things. The pilot of the plane has the last word. Even if you follow all rules and/or regulation.
Your batteries must be charged to a certain minimum %. The must be individually packaged, in a special packaging. There are other rules and regulations that you should read on...
Since i got my mavic ive been flying it from the roof of my building. I live 3 blocks from the beach (yes, its a pretty awesome view). I get amazing pictures and vids of the tropical scenery.
I fly above and not all the way around buildings. I do get constant msgs about the wind being too...
