This crap is why laws are being passed against drones

Too bad if a drone did actually cause her harm. One part of this story is odd to me. Just speaking for myself, if something like a drone hit me and dropped to the ground, I would have instantly picked it up. Sure, she wanted to examine her injury, but she’s not GUSHING blood. Interesting she...

Inland Northwest Spokane / CDA / Tri Cities etc

Have you checked out the Yakima Drone Club? Yakima Drone Club They also have dual events with the Yakima Aeromodeler’s Club and share an airfield in Zillah. I own the Mavic Air, so more into video/photos vs racing. I attended an indoor (West Valley High) fun fly this Spring. The guys are...

This crap is why laws are being passed against drones

There is NO proof this was from a drone. My gut tells me she is making this story to cover something else up.

Not sure on spark or air.

After comparing the Spark, Air, & Pro Series, I purchased the Air. I have no regrets ...at all! The Air has 3 sets of cameras, currently all others have just front and backwards cameras. The portability of the Air Far surpasses the Pro. The Air’s battery life exceeds the Spark. Maybe if...

Is Mavic Air Active Track really that useless?

I can’t test the Active Track on my bike right now (recent back surgery). But I’m wondering if there is a bicycle smartphone holder that would hold the RC? Then you might be able to have your MA follow the remote? thread-132796-1-1.html This app will not allow me to post the link to this...

    Man this thing is FAST!

DJI states top speed of 68.4 kph....what did you do to get your Air to 76 kph!? That’s almost another 5 mph. I’m sure n for whatever mod you did. Thanks!

    Mavic Air Tips and Tricks

Great idea to find your drone if it goes down for whatever reason. That’s why I put then”spidy” graphics on my MA. Not as bright as fluorescent orange, but better than black. Good job!

advantage of having the RE version of Goggles over the standard non RE version for Mavic Air

First make connection to RC, then once in the air, unplug your phone, and connect from RC micro usb to goggle micro usb. RE’s are supposed to have less lag in video, but my research lead me to original version. Don’t see that big of difference for the money. I don’t notice ANY lag to be...

A Container Ship in Savannah River!

I’m just throwing this out, but when I saw your nice video reveal the ships radars spinning, I immediately freaked for you! Hopefully all is good w/your bird. (I saw a rookie take his P4P on its maiden voyage off a cruise ship. He quickly lost it, forever! Can’t fly by radar! What a dummy)...

    Dji goggles.....big disappointment

Personally I like the goggles...I wear bifocals, so maybe it’s just my situation. Bummer they haven’t wow’d you guys, cuz I feel like a bird using them. I bet you’re right that there will be 3rd party inserts, just prob have to try multiple sets to fit your eyes though. Best of luck

    MA cloaking ability

IMHO I prefer the small patch of Velcro attached to the battery bottom. I am not concerned about that small amount of adhesive from the Velcro and this has proven to be very secure in strong winds, 400 ft altitudes, and speeds in the MA sports mode. I wonder about the aerodynamic alterations...
