Is there a way you can try using a different smart device? I suppose there could be an issue with the device or the connection? I would also try deleting the application from the device and reinstall. Those would be the first steps I would take.

First question. Did you update the firmware? I did not test this a lot, but ran into issues with atti mode popping up after a firmware update. The most recent firmware update solved the issue for me. Note I can not be certain the firmware caused the issue and then the update solved the issue...

Yup. After shooting video or even a photo, you need a bit of time to pass to allow the SD card to complete processing/saving the file. Then the button on the front - top right - of the controller should allow you to switch. Also, this button will not work if you are actively recording a video...

That's good. I was definitely having the same exact issue after upgrading a few days ago.

Select the "three dot" menu (they call it the Overflow Menu) item on the DJY Fly app screen at the top right. Along the top, select the Camera tab. The first option is Format. Change to JPEG or JPEG & RAW as you prefer. It does seem the application remembers the setting you select in the future...

OK, so the regular three battery brick in the Fly More Combos charge batteries one-at-a-time, with the objective to get one up to 100% quicker. This unit will get them all charged at the same time in less time I assume.
