I tried to do my straightening based up on the hills in the horizon, but I guess the main subject of the shot would have been the most sensible thing to use.

Be careful. If Scotland's finest wanted to be d*cks about it, you can get yourself into trouble for flying over buildings/stadiums that aren't under your control, even when they're empty.

I was planning on ordering a Charging Hub from Maplin, but it looks like they're out of stock. Has anyone spotted them in stock anywhere else?

They were both shot two days ago, when no restrictions were in place. What resource did you use for those warnings? That's a nice simple interface.

I'm based in Hamilton and managed to get my Mavic from Maplin on the 22nd December (mainly thanks to this forum). I haven't had much opportunity to fly it due to the weather, but from the few flights I've had so far, its blown my mind. I can't wait to get it up into the mountains this winter...

Yes, I've went for the Fly Less option and I'll add to it as required.

I phoned up Maplins and the order I placed earlier this morning, has had a unit assigned to it. Now I just need to justify my early Xmas Present to the Mrs! o_O

I'm now in the Maplins queue for the Fly Less option (N87EM), although I'm still waiting on my email to arrive.
