they need to be wearing a life vest too, in case it rains. Steel toe boots and a tooth guard are necessary, a cup and a safety whistle should also be present.
and though no regs call for it, in addition to getting approval from the state highway department they should get a notarized letter...
None of this is surprising. No barriers to entry. Any idiot can buy one+no training to operate one= people who either don’t care about or have never heard of a TFR.
altitude and vlos restrictions are pretty simple to understand, and how many people on this forum boast that they aren’t something...
Oh good. I can afford the drone but the $5 for registration would put me out on the street.
i was also looking for something smaller and more difficult to see.
it’s normally just referred to as your registration, which is why i think people weren’t exactly sure what you were asking at first.
to answer your question, I’ve never been asked by anyone to see it for my drone.
Now i think i know what you’re asking. I think you registered your drone and you’re wondering if anyone has been asked to see it while out flying. Close?
