The app is frozen, being in execution the app is all in order but when you turn on the Mavic and when you connect to the app it changes to full screen and does not let me touch anything else.

Hi. Disconnect the USB cable on the right side of the control and plug a new cable into the USB connector on the bottom of the control. If it does not disconnect more, you have a flaw in the USB cable.
