Is there any way to check the firmware version on the batteries?

I got lucky with mine. I had one on pre order from WEX for a month until i was told that Maplins were selling them over the phone. Ordered one and recieved it 2 days later. Feel kindda bad for those that have been waiting months for theirs but i guess its one of those things lol
